The Looper Group, Inc.
The Looper Group, Inc., is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(6) corporation established in 1996.
This organization underwrites the cost of operating Downtown Looper, maintains
schedules & routes and insures the vehicles.
The Looper Group leases vehicles from the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA)
and engages the services of Bay to Bay Transport to provide drivers and insurance
coverage. Service is provided daily, except Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and Dr. MLK
Jr. day. The program is administered by the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, Inc.
