The Looper Group, Inc.
The Looper Group, Inc., is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(6) corporation established in 1996.
This organization underwrites the cost of operating both the Central Avenue Shuttle and
the Downtown Looper, maintains schedules & routes and insures the vehicles.
The Looper Group leases vehicles from the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA)
and engages the services of Bay to Bay Transport to provide drivers and insurance
coverage. Service is provided 7 days per week. The program is administered by the
Transportation Director, St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, Inc.
